We will have a realistic street and very similar to that of Template of Ibai Llanos in Twitch. I was at a bit of a loss in optimizing the sampling in this new version of mental ray, and I suppose it might be possible to lose that IBL noise without an increase in render time.
Use the VRay Distance to create an influence mask for the suspended dust particles and make them visible only near lamps or light sources. With the new mental ray sampling quality attributes in Maya 2016, I actually had a much easier time tweaking the sampling settings for my Vray render, to prevent the sampler from working too hard.
